A military workout routine is something that can help get you in shape very quickly. Obviously it is no secret that those in the army need to be in good physical condition, and naturally many people want to know how they do it. First of all, you will only be exercising for three days a week. Do not worry-it gets harder. There is swimming for 15 minutes 4-5 times for the week as well.

By the end of it, you will be running 4-6 miles a day, 4 times a week (16 miles total). You will also be doing 6 sets of 30 pushups and sit-ups, and 3 sets of 10 pull-ups. For the swimming portion, you will go for 35 minutes 4-5 times weekly. If you want a good routine, then consider doing the Navy Seals routine. Just remember that this military workout routine is not for beginners, and if you are out of shape, you definitely want to start with something easier.
